On October 22, 2022, an officer was flagged down about a male unconscious male in a driveway behind a building. Paramedics attempted life saving measures, but the victim Thomas McCray was pronounced deceased on scene. Thomas appeared to have injuries from a hit and run. No one has been charged in this case.
