On June 08, 2022, Officers were dispatched to 4400 Montgomery Blvd. NE in reference to a shot's fired call. Upon arrival, officers found victim, Dustin Banteah suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Dustin succumbed to his injury and was pronounced deceased.
