On July 11, 2022, Officers were dispatched to the area of San Mateo and Grand in reference to a female who was possibly passed out inside of a vehicle. Officers arrived and located a female, identified as Chen Chuihsia, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Rescue personnel attempted life saving measures however Chen succumbed to her injuries on scene.
