On October 21, 2022, officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation at 100 Central Ave SW near the Albuquerque Ride Transit (ART) complex. Officers responded and discovered the victim Isaac Torres had sustained gunshot wounds. Isaac was pronounced deceased at the scene.
