Civic Plaza Spray Pad is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Seven days per week, starting Memorial Day on May 25 until Labor day on September 7, 2026.
Open through Balloon Fiesta. Friday open 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday open 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
