Welcome to the ABQ BioPark

The ABQ BioPark is a living environmental park that protects the natural world and connects communities with nature. It is a refuge for thousands of animals and plants cared for by zoological, marine and botanical experts who lead significant science-based conservation work in New Mexico and around the world.

The BioPark consists of four distinct areas: ABQ BioPark Aquarium, ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden, ABQ BioPark Zoo, and Tingley Beach. It is an accredited, accessible facility that has earned the American Humane Certified™ seal of approval for its excellent treatment of animals and commitment to conservation.

Welcoming more than 1.5 million visitors per year, we are the top tourist destination in the state of New Mexico.

Visitors Are Encouraged to Purchase Tickets Online in Advance

There are a limited number of tickets available each day. The ABQ BioPark encourages all guests to get their tickets online in advance of their visit.

(Note: the ABQ BioPark Shuttle is not operating Mondays or Tuesdays at this time.)

Guests can reserve a date and an arrival time online and are welcome to stay as long as they like.

New Mexico BioPark Society members will continue to receive complimentary admission to the BioPark, but to guarantee entry, members are encouraged to reserve a ticket online in advance of their visit. Enter your promo code before selecting your arrival hour or tickets.

Our timed-entry tickets are available online, up to two weeks in advance. For ticket help, please call 311 Community Contact Center at 505-768-2000.
