In addition to patrol officers, the Southeast Area Command also has our Problem Response Team (PRT) Officers, who conduct proactive enforcement in crime areas, and community engagement and outreach. Additionally the Southeast Area Command has Crime Prevention Specialists that are available to work with residents and businesses in taking steps and measures to reduce crime and increase quality of living. The Southeast Area Command has two substations, the Phil Chacon Memorial Substation at Louisiana Blvd and Kathryn Ave SE. The second substation is our Triangle Substation in Nob Hill.
