What is FasTrax?
FasTrax is Albuquerque's expedited plan review process available to those seeking a building permit. Builders can expect an average of a six-day turnaround time using the FasTrax system.
How It Works
- FasTrax is an optional fee-based service (Fees are three times the regular plan fee, $1,000 minimum)

All FasTrax requests must be processed prior to permit submission. To request or for more information about the FasTrax service - call 505-924-3320 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The FasTrax process is administered on the ground floor of the Planning Department located at the Plaza del Sol building, 600 2nd Street NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
