ABQ-PLAN

An information resource for ABQ-PLAN (Albuquerque's Planning Logistics and Networking) software to replace POSSE and AVOLVE.

ABQ-PLAN is an improved software platform that will replace POSSE and AVOLVE with a user-friendly public portal and dashboard that allows users to manage individual projects, submit plans, schedule inspections, pay fees, and more. ABQ-PLAN will streamline online applications and payments for all Planning Department activities.

Beginning at 5:00 pm on January 16, 2025, our current POSSE and AVOLVE systems will be taken offline as we transition to our new software system, ABQ-PLAN. During the transition, our online services will not be available, we will not be able to accept payments, and users will not be able to apply for permits or schedule new inspections. Pending projects and applications will be accessible once ABQ-PLAN goes live, as well as payment and inspection scheduling. You will be able to create an account with your previous email from POSSE to access your data.

Although the vendor for ABQ-PLAN has been facing some very challenging obstacles due to the massive amount of data that needs to migrate to the new system, we anticipate the transition will be complete and ABQ-PLAN will go live on January 28, 2025. We will have live customer support in the Plaza del Sol building, online tutorials and guides, and public training sessions available to help everyone through the transition.
