What process do I follow for a zone change, site plan approval, conditional use, etc?

What are your fees for various services?

The fees specific to your particular project, request or application will be determined at the time of submission. See the General Fee Schedule for application fees for most requests or the Building Safety Fee Schedule for building permit fees.

Who can help walk me through the City of Albuquerque's procedures for land development?

The Planning Department has a Development Facilitator dedicated to assisting residents/developers with land use and land development matters. To contact the City's Development Facilitator, call 505-924-3860 and choose option 5 or email [email protected].

How do I get a copy of a specific document housed within the Development Review Services Division?

Requesting a copy of any document housed within the Development Review Services Division is considered a public records request. You may submit your request, including exact address, necessary date range and description for the type of document online at the City Clerk's Office.

How do I look up flood zone information for a particular address?

To look up flood zone information for a particular property, you can run a free online address report from the Planning Department website. This report will detail flood zone information as well as zoning details, City Council details, school district and more. Run a free address report.
