In-Person, Same Day Records
There are a number of City locations where you can request public records and receive them while you wait. If you’re looking for traffic violations, certificates of occupancy, building permits, or trade permits, here are the locations where you can receive same day service:

Requests to Inspect Public Records
Any person may submit their request to inspect public records to the Office of the City Clerk by clicking on the following link to request records using our ABQ Records portal. You can also submit your request in person at the Office of the City Clerk, or by mail.
