- Hours of Operation: 7 a.m. until 3 p.m., when soccer players or other scheduled activities are not present.

Arroyo del Oso: Flying Rules
Flyers at Arroyo del Oso Park must follow flying rules:
- Be a member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics;
- Conform to days and hours of operation;
- Follow all Academy of Model Aeronautics Safety Codes;
- Wear Academy of Model Aeronautics cards while flying at Arroyo Del Oso Park to demonstrate their willingness to fly safely and responsibly;
- Not interfere with Parks and Recreation Departments regularly scheduled soccer practice, games, clinics, or other non – soccer Parks & Recreation Department sanctioned and scheduled activities;
- Not interfere with Parks and Recreation Departments regularly scheduled park maintenance;
- Not remove goals or any other park equipment
- Not fly more than six aircrafts simultaneously; and
- Not conduct any low level flying competition of any kind.
