Ticket Policies

Policies regarding KiMo ticket purchases.

Children

Children attending performances must have admission tickets.

Please consider the interests of your child and bring them to age appropriate events. Some children can be disruptive to other audience members.

Strollers and carriers are not permitted in the auditorium.  Standing in the rear of the theatre is not permitted by law.

Identification

Please be prepared to present identification when picking up tickets from Will Call.

Refunds/Exchanges

The KiMo Theatre cannot issue refunds or exchange tickets.  This policy also applies to lost tickets.

Accessibility (ADA)

Seating

The KiMo Theatre is equipped with wheelchair areas, transfer seating, and companion seating.  All Accessible seating is located on the main floor in both the upper and lower orchestra sections.  The KiMo Theatre is not equipped with an elevator.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted Listening Devices are available for any show at the KiMo Theatre. Our devices are compatible with T-coil hearing aids via a worn loop, or are the "in-ear" type. Please let the Front of House manager know which type you would prefer when requesting an Assisted Listening Device. Exchange of a valid ID is required.

Signers

Please contact the KiMo Theatre to request ASL interpreters for a performance. Due to scheduling requirements for interpreters, requests should be made at least 30 days in advance.
