Elephant TLC

Speakers: Zookeepers at the ABQ BioPark.

Elephants value their family structure, perhaps more so than many other animals. They are naturally outgoing, sociable animals and, as such, enjoy the interaction with fellow family--and herd members. Join the Elephant team here at the ABQ BioPark Zoo to learn more about the insightful nature of these magnificent animals.

From training to enrichment and babies to bulls, hear all about all the tender, loving, care it takes to provide for our growing herd.

Can't join us Thursday? Come to the Brown Bag on Saturday, September 6.

Brown Bag Lectures

This series of informal lunchtime lectures presents the science of conservation.  Brown Bag lectures take place twice a month on Thursdays and Saturdays, alternating between the Aquarium/Botanic Garden and the Zoo.

Included with regular admission.
