It’s time to put on your thinking gourds for costume ideas, dust off the pumpkin buckets and pull out the pillowcases for your little ghouls and goblins! Presented by After Hours Pediatrics, join us as the Zoo transforms into a “monster mash” Halloween bash! Trick-or-treating is the reason for the season, but that is not the only happening that day. Lift your spirits with fun educational activities, boo tunes, a crafting station, frightfully fun games, special guest characters, and more!
This family-friendly event is a New Mexico BioPark Society fundraiser supporting the ABQ BioPark, so we invite you to come out for a spell for a wicked good time and a fang-tastic cause.
Boo at the Zoo Tickets
Adults: $12
Children 3-12: $7
Children under 2: Free
Timed tickets must be purchased online and in advance. No walk-ups.
Members Tickets Presale: Monday, September 25 – October 2
For a limited time, we’re offering a 50%-member discount for a limited number of Boo at the Zoo tickets.
General Public Ticket Sales: Monday, October 2
Boo at the Zoo is a special fundraising event. Unless labeled as Boo at the Zoo, no guest passes will be accepted on Saturday, October 28.

Event Details
This event is a special daytime fundraiser organized by the New Mexico BioPark Society, supporting the ABQ BioPark Zoo. Regular Zoo admission is not available on October 28. Timed tickets are required and must be purchased in advance. New Mexico BioPark Society members will receive early access to tickets for a limited time, and a limited quantity of tickets will be half-price. First come, first served.
Free Park & Ride Service
Our Park & Ride location has been updated! Catch a bus at the Civic Plaza Underground Parking Garage (328 Marquette Ave NW) to the Zoo (10th & Stover) from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Bus service will pick guests up on Marquette Ave., between 4th and 5th Street, in front of the Frank L.
