Senior & MultiGen Facility Rental Interest Form

If you are in need of a space to host a meeting, event, or community class, please fill out this form.

You will need an active membership to rent City of Albuquerque Senior Affairs Multigenerational Centers. Memberships are $20. Please create or update your membership before you fill out the interest form.

  • Requests will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Availability may change until the contract is in place.
  • The Facility Rental Interest Form must be filled out at least fourteen (14) business days prior to event. Full payment is due fourteen (14) business days prior to event. All payments must be paid online through your play.cabq.gov account.  Shorter payment due dates may occur.
  • If you do not hear back within fourteen (14) business days, contact Recreation Administrative Assistant Christian Trujillo to ensure your form was received. 
  • The purpose of this form is to request a multigenerational center reservation and thus, it does NOT guarantee the reservation. Approval varies by site and is approved by Multigenerational Center management staff. Approval may take up to fourteen (14) business days. 
  • Requests are not finalized until all necessary fees, documents, and waivers are completed.

Facility usage and rentals are only allowed during the normal business hours of the community center. Hours and availability vary by center. View specific center hours of operation and rooms available for rent.

All City of Albuquerque Senior Affairs Multigenerational Centers are alcohol-, drug-, and smoke-free facilities.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Rentals are only available on Saturdays and Sundays. No weekdays. 
  • No Rentals will be available in the months of June, July and August due to Summer Youth Programming. 
  • Currently, Multigenerational Centers are not hosting private team practice reservations in the afternoons and evenings.
  • Room usage includes tables and chairs provided at no cost. Clients are responsible to bring their own equipment, supplies, audio/visual equipment, etc.
  • Multigenerational Centers are alcohol-, drug- and smoke-free environments. This includes the parking lots.

For activities involving youth under the age of 18 or another vulnerable population, proof of sexual abuse/molestation insurance coverage, as well as a current (within 1 year) criminal background check is REQUIRED by the City of Albuquerque. For any fitness, dance, or exercise activities, proof of Commercial Liability Insurance for $1,000,000, listing the City of Albuquerque as additionally insured is REQUIRED by CABQ.
