Fitness Knows No Age!

For Albuquerque's 50+ population, there are two stand-alone 50+ fitness centers, one fitness center inside a senior center, and two senior centers with fitness rooms. In addition, adults 18 and over are invited to utilize the fitness centers at North Domingo Baca and Manzano Mesa multigenerational centers.

If you are new or need a refresher on how to use the equipment we offer equipment orientations by appointment. A wide variety of exercise classes from high impact to low impact, water exercise, and evidenced-based programs are also available.

Additional programs we offer:

  • The Outdoor Recreation Program consists of us taking people hiking, snowshoeing, and skiing.
  • Albuquerque 50+ Games offers many different sports for you to compete in, also contests and tournaments are offered.

New classes and opportunities are added regularly. For more information please contact 505-764-6400.
