Fitness Knows No Age!

There are two stand-alone 50+ fitness centers, one fitness center in a senior center, and two senior centers with fitness rooms. There are also two 18+ fitness centers in our multigenerational centers.

If you are new or need a refresher on how to use the equipment we offer equipment orientations by appointment. A wide variety of exercise classes from high impact to low impact, water exercise, and evidenced-based programs are also available.

Additional programs we offer:

  • The Outdoor Recreation Program consists of us taking people hiking, snowshoeing, and skiing.
  • Albuquerque 50+ Games offers many different sports for you to compete in, also contests and tournaments are offered.

New classes and opportunities are added regularly. For more information please contact 505-764-6400.
