2025 LUHO Appeals Packets

The Planning Department compiles information for appeals of land use decisions that are heard by the Land Use Hearing Officer (LUHO), who makes a recommendation to City Council. Ultimately, appeals are decided by the City Council. These are appeals filed in 2025.
