Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Proposed Development Hearing Officer (DHO) Rules of Procedure


Notice is hereby given that the City of Albuquerque Development Hearing Officer (DHO) will review, discuss, and potentially take action on the establishment of DHO Rules of Procedure at a public hearing on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. The hearing will begin at 9:00 am and will be a remote public hearing using the Zoom platform

The proposed changes will be available at the City Clerk’s website at, in the lobby of City Hall at One Civic Plaza NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, on the City of Albuquerque, Planning Department, DRB and DHO web pages, and at the Planning Department, two weeks prior to the January 4, 2023 meeting date. This item may be examined at the Planning Department, Ground Level, Plaza Del Sol Building, 600 Second Street NW, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

DHO Rules of Procedure. The DHO will consider, discuss, and potentially take action on the establishment of the DHO Rules of Procedure.
