Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Landmark Commission Rules of Procedure and Conduct



Notice is hereby given that the City of Albuquerque Landmarks Commission (LC) will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 3:00 p.m., and will be a remote public hearing using the Zoom platform. to consider the following:

The Landmarks Commission (LC) will consider, discuss, and take action on updates to the LC Rules of Procedure and Conduct by the Landmarks Commisison.  The proposed changes will be available at the City Clerk’s website at, in the lobby of City Hall at One Civic Plaza NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 on the City of Albuquerque, Planning Department, LC web page and at the Planning Department, two weeks prior to the April 12, 2023 hearing date.
