Westside Summerfest to Feature All Local Talent This Saturday

Free family friendly event includes an artisan market, free activities for kids, and more.

August 15, 2022 - The final installment of the City of Albuquerque's popular summer concert series is Saturday, August 20 from 5 to 10 p.m. at Ventana Ranch Community Park. Westside Summerfest features all local bands on two stages, local food and beverages, local artisans, and free activities for kids. 

The entertainment begins with The Fabulous Martini Tones on the East Stage at 5 p.m. and The Memphis P. Tail on the West Stage at 5:15 p.m.

Other bands on the East Stage include:

6:15 p.m.- The Big Spank
7:30 p.m. - Alex Maryol
8:45 p.m. - Calle 66

Other bands on the West Stage include:
6:30 p.m.- Hooks & The Huckleberries
7:45 p.m.- Tropicalia
9 p.m. - Red Light Cameras

A variety of food trucks will be on site offering everything from barbeque to frozen yogurt. Local breweries, wineries, and distilleries will be serving their award winning creations in The Cantina. Local artisans will showcase their handmade items ranging from home goods to clothing in The Shops. Free kids activities will include face painting, inflatable jumpies, and a 25 foot climbing wall.

Free Park & Ride will begin at 4 p.m. from CNM located at 10549 Universe Blvd. NW. A free bike valet will be provided by Esperanza Bike Education Center. Westside Summerfest is free to the public. Pets on leashes are are welcome. This is a rain or shine event. Event sponsors include iHeart Radio and Lucky Boyz Limousine.
