A Flashy Comeback! Annual Twinkle Light Parade Returns to Nob Hill

Holiday shopping throughout Nob Hill encouraged before and after event.

November 29, 2021 - Albuquerque's annual Twinkle Light Parade returns to a familiar one-mile stretch of Nob Hill on Saturday, Dec. 4 at 5:15 p.m. More than 100 entries and 3,000 participants representing local businesses, organizations, school groups, and families vying for Best in Show are expected to light up Central Ave. starting at Washington St. moving west to Girard Blvd.

Free parking will be available at the parking lot located on the southwest corner of Lomas and University Blvds. Buses will run from the lot to Johnson Field from 2:30 to 10 p.m. Streets will remain closed until 9 p.m. for pedestrian friendly holiday shopping or late night treats at dozens of Nob Hill shops.

The Twinkle Light Parade is free to the public and is a rain or shine event. The parade is sponsored by iHeart Media.
