The Department of Arts & Culture has partnered with the New Mexico Distillers Guild to present Lift Your Spirits, a craft cocktail festival. New Mexico distilleries will be mixing up signature cocktails and educating guests about their creations and methods. While you enjoy your drink, grab some local cuisine from a food truck, shop from an assortment of handmade products, listen to a variety of bands, and enjoy the best view of Balloon Fiesta Park in Albuquerque.

Local Distillers

Members of the New Mexico Distillers Guild will be ready to mix specialty drinks using their own distilled, handcrafted spirits. Drinks from local breweries and wineries will also be available. Choose a craft cocktail to enjoy from a variety of participating vendors including As Above So Below, Hollow Spirits Distillery, Little Toad Creek, Marble Brewery Inc., Nikle Co, One Distillery, Rolling Still Distillery, Safe House Distilling Co, Sheehan Winery, Still Spirits LLC, Tractor Brewing/ Troubled Minds, and Tumbleroot Brewery and Distillery.

Adults 21+ should bring valid identification.

Local Entertainment

Enjoy live music while you drink cocktails and take in the view of the balloon glow and fireworks.

Local Artisans

Browse from a variety of handmade products created by local artisans. Shoppers can find jewelry, candles, kitchen ware, and home décor from local businesses including Blossom & Barrel, DurDe Jerky, Fiesta on the Go, Inca Arts, Manana Botanicals, Mobius Theory, One Seed Designs LLC, Papi Churro, Sokwa, Squidly Designs, The Pop Co., and Upside Goods Co.

Local Cuisine

A variety of food trucks will be cooking up delicious eats to pair with cocktails. Local food trucks will include Kimo's Hawaiian BBQ, Chilaquick, Mrs. Sprinkles Ice Cream, Big Boss Hot Links, and Chamoy Bar.

Access the Balloon Museum parking lot off of Balloon Museum Dr. from Alameda Blvd.

Parking

There is very limited parking at the Anderson Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum and surrounding areas. Guests who purchase tickets early can ensure a parking pass with their admission to Lift Your Spirits with the Rise to the Occasion package.

Tickets to Lift Your Spirits do not include admission to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

Park & Ride

Tickets to the International Balloon Fiesta are required to board a Park & Ride bus and must be purchased in advance. Admission to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is included with a Park & Ride ticket. Enjoy a Park & Ride service and imbibe in a selection of cocktails from a variety of distilleries before going down to the field.

Ride Share

Get a ride from your choice of ride share services. The drop-off and pick-up area is located on Alameda Blvd. and just west of Balloon Museum Dr., south of the Balloon Museum.

Museum Hours

The Balloon Museum will be open daily throughout the Balloon Fiesta from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The museum will be closed during Lift Your Spirits. Parking passes are required to park at the Balloon Museum and are not available the day of the event. Event Details

Tickets to Lift Your Spirits do not include drinks. Dogs are not permitted due to the hot air balloons and firework show. Lift Your Spirits is an evening event therefore canopies will not be allowed. Lift Your Spirits tickets include admission to the Balloon Museum. Parking passes are required at the Balloon Museum during Lift Your Spirits. Parking passes are not available for purchase the day of the event. General admission tickets will be available at the door. Cash will not be accepted after 4:30 p.m.

Lift Your Spirits is a rain or shine event and will continue regardless of the balloon glow program. Event guests are welcome to bring blankets and chairs to setup in the lawn for a great view of Balloon Fiesta Park.
