BioPark Self-Guided Field Trip Request

Thank you for considering the ABQ BioPark for your self-guided field trip.

Please carefully review the Group Reservation Policies and Group Etiquette before submitting your application.

For School Field Trips: If you are making reservations for classes other than your own, please complete an application for each class and include the teacher's name for that class. Be sure to share the policies and BioPark etiquette with all participating teachers, chaperones, parents and students.

Payment

If a separate reservation is made for each class/group, then each teacher or group leader must pay for their own class/group. However, teachers and group leaders making just one reservation for two or more classes/groups must pay for the entire group in one payment.

The BioPark accepts purchase orders and credit/debit card payments. Cash and checks are not accepted.

Next Steps

After you fill out the form below, you will receive an email with further instructions. Your reservation submission will be confirmed within five business days. Payment must be made in person via cash, card, checks, and purchase orders. (If paying by checks or purchase order please make out to City of Albuquerque.) 

You can pre-pay at the location of your confirmed visit ahead of your field trip date and receive your wristbands between 9 am and 4 pm. On the day of your visit, show your wristbands and check in with the name of the school. Note: If you pre-pay you will not be able to purchase additional tickets at the field trip rate or receive a refund for any absences. 

If you are not able to pre-pay and are paying the day of your visit, expect there to be a wait and the group will need to put wristbands on before entering the facility.

A copy of this submittal will be sent to you by e-mail. To cancel or make changes, please contact 311 at least 72 hours in advance of your visit.
