2026 RSVP Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast Nomination Form Annually, RSVP and the RSVP Advisory Council recognize volunteers for their dedication to serving the community through our Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast. We encourage you to nominate an outstanding RSVP volunteer who has made a meaningful contribution to your organization through their volunteer service. Please complete the form below to nominate a volunteer who demonstrates commitment, compassion, and a strong dedication to making a difference Lifetime Achievement Award This award honors an individual who over the course of his/her time with RSVP, has made significant contributions to their community and station through their volunteer efforts. Criteria: exemplary service to the community, including at least 10 years of service or more, serving a minimum of 500 volunteer hours. A short narrative must also be included, highlighting the nominated volunteer contributions. Volunteer of the Year Award This award honors a current Volunteer who, within the past 3 years, excelled in community contributions by nomination of their volunteer station(s). The volunteer nominee should also have at least 200 hours served in those 3 years. A short narrative must also be included, highlighting the nominated volunteer contributions. Rookie of the Year Award This Volunteer award recognizes new to the program volunteers In order to qualify for this award, the volunteer must meet the following: Be recently enrolled in RSVP between the current fiscal year (July 2025 – June 2026) Volunteered at least 50 Hours at their Station(s) Have a recommendation narrative highlighting his/her contribution from station manager/volunteer coordinator.
