Police Search for Dog Napper
WANTED: Real life Cruella DeVille - Man Stealing Boston Terriers
Albuquerque Police are searching for Lawrence Chavez, 49. Chavez was identified through surveillance video stealing two Boston Terrier dogs out of their owner's vehicle. It happened Wednesday, May 18th around 11:30 a.m. at the Motel 6 on Central and Tramway.
The dogs, named Sara and Mona, are show dogs, and missed dearly by their owner.
Chavez is described as smaller-sized man, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and dark colored pants. He may be driving or affiliated with someone who drives a dark colored, possibly charcoal gray, sedan - likely a Dodge Dart.
