Hello and Happy Spring, Albuquerque!

I don't want to jinx it, because we all know spring weather in Albuquerque can be unpredictable, but it looks like warmer days are here. Liz, the kids, and I can't wait to get back to one of our favorite things about this city: enjoying the great parks. We've worked hard to make updates to our parks so that they're accessible, safe, and fun for everyone. I hope you'll join us and get out there, check out some of the upgrades, or try out a new park. With important community projects being completed, like the San Pedro ART stop, and more getting underway, like the renovation of the Barelas Park, we're making sure that our city can stay connected and active.

It's great to see a range of events and gatherings popping up in the Duke City (like the reopening of our historic KiMo theater in April!). Remember to keep an eye on ABQtodo to stay in the loop about upcoming City and community events. With the weather warming up, it's a great time to rediscover some old favorites or take this chance to dive into something new. Stay safe and enjoy what Albuquerque has to offer!

Sincerely,

Mayor Tim Keller
