Description
Paper Quilling is a fun and easy craft that allows for as much creativity or structure as you want to bring to each project. These classes are best for older teens and adults. All materials and supplies will be provided. The quantity and designs created are up to participants to decide.
Classes are free for community center members. Register for a free community center membership at play.cabq.gov.
