Process for Reservation

1. Register for or Update Community Center Pass

Before continuing to the form below, please be sure you have an updated Adult Community Center Pass. Passes are free and must be created or updated prior to submitting the Facility Usage/Rental Interest Form. Please create your account and update your pass before you fill out the interest form. Record the account number listed next to your last name for the online Facility Usage/Rental Interest Form.

After Hours Requests

Requests for after-hours facility use may be submitted for Saturdays and Sundays. These reservations are intended for one-time, large-scale events and are not available for recurring activities. During these reservations, the facility will be closed to the public.

After-hours rental rates differ from standard facility use rates during regular operating hours.

Events must be reserved at least 30 days in advance and no more than 90 days before the event date. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the event. Staff will review all requests and provide approval or denial within 10 business days of submission.

Thank you for submitting your Facility Use Request. Our team will review your request and contact you by email within 48 business hours regarding the status of your request. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval or confirm a reservation. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]. Please confirm all required fields are populated before submitting your form. Fields with a red dot are mandatory. Your form is not submitted until you click the Submit button and see the confirmation page which includes a recap of your completed form fields. If you do not see this page please double check that the total size of all files you uploaded is smaller than 8 MB. Uploading files that are larger than 8 MB total will result in a failed submission.
