City Council President Klarissa Peña Challenges Mayor Tim Keller to Softball Game
Council President Peña and Mayor Keller will serve as team captains and randomly draw their teams from a hat.

Today, City Council President Klarissa J. Peña sent the attached letter to Mayor Tim Keller challenging him to a softball game with Councilors and staff members from the Mayor’s Office and the City Council Office at Isotopes Park.
Instead of office versus office, Council President Peña and Mayor Keller will serve as team captains and randomly draw their teams from a hat. The teams will be made up of City Councilors, Mayor’s staff, and City Council staff.
In her letter President Peña mentions the challenge is: “For Albuquerque. For teamwork. And for a little fun outside of City Hall.”
