NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING 

The Office of the City Clerk hereby gives notice that it will conduct a public hearing on the described rules below:

Proposed Rule: Setting the IPRA Fee Schedule for the Office of the City Clerk

A public hearing will be held in-person:

WHEN:          Tuesday, August 5, 2025

TIME:             1:30 pm to 2:30 pm

WHERE:        Plaza del Sol Building, Basement Hearing Room  600 2^nd St. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102

The purpose of this meeting is to obtain public input on the proposed IPRA Fee Schedule and the IPRA Fee Waiver and IPRA Fee Waiver Determination Letter.

The public hearing allows members of the public an opportunity to submit testimony and arguments in person on the proposed rule above.

Authority: The Inspection of Public Records Act, NMSA 1978, Section 14-2-9(C) and the City’s Open Records Ordinance, Section 2-7-6-3 ROA 1994.

To submit written public comment on the proposed rules, please use the Rulemaking Comment form at cabq.gov/clerk/rulemaking. Public comment at the hearing will be limited to 3 minutes per speaker.
