Purpose: This meeting is to obtain public input on the proposed Environmental Planning Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure. The public hearing allows members of the public an opportunity to submit testimony and arguments in person on the proposed rule changes posted above.
Authority: To implement the procedures required by the City Charter and City ordinances for the adoption of rules and regulations by public boards, commissions, and committees, as set forth in §2-6-14(C)(2)(a) of the Revised Ordinances of Albuquerque.
