NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING

The Office of the City Clerk hereby gives notice that it will conduct a public hearing on the described rules below:

Proposed Rule: City of Albuquerque Hearing Officer Code of Conduct

A public hearing will be held in-person:

WHEN:          Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 8:30 A.M. –  9:00 A.M.

WHERE:        Plaza del Sol Building, Basement Hearing Room 600 2nd St. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102

The purpose of this meeting is to obtain public input on the proposed Hearing Officer Code of Conduct. The public hearing allows members of the public an opportunity to submit testimony and arguments in person on the proposed rules above.

Authority: “The City Clerk shall adopt and promulgate a hearing officer code of conduct,” pursuant to ROA 1994, Section 2-7-8-3(A)(2).
