North Domingo Baca Youth Programs

Summer Recreation Program

The Summer Recreation Program is offered for eight weeks, (June to August) every year to school-age children and youth from 5 to 13 years old. Children who are 5 years old at the time of registration must turn 6 by September 1 in order to be eligible to participate.

Summer 2024 Program Dates & Hours

June 17 - August 2, 2024

Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Summer 2024 Lottery & Registration

Due to the high participant demand, a "lottery-style" selection of participants is used. 

Lottery Registration: May 6 - May 17

Lottery Drawing: May 20

Registration for selected participants: May 22 - 31

If your child is selected, you will be notified by staff members with further instructions to complete the registration process. 

Once a program's registration is full, a waiting list is kept and maintained. Parents/guardians of waiting list participants will be notified as space becomes available. 

Summer Program Fees

Program Annual Fee

There is an annual multigenerational center membership fee of $20. Unless the annual membership fee was paid prior to registration, it is required at the time of child enrollment. 

Summer Program Monthly Fee

There is a monthly program fee of $30 per child. All monthly program fees are due at the beginning of the month and must be paid no later than the first week of the month, otherwise, the child may be disenrolled from the program. 

After School Program

North Domingo Baca's after-school program gives kids an opportunity to socialize and interact with other children through supervised activities and events. 

After-School Program Hours

Monday through Friday 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Transportation

Transportation is provided for enrolled participants from Edmund G. Ross Elementary to North Domingo Baca Multigenerational Center.

Registration Fee
