Volunteering at the BioPark

BPNature GuideThe BioPark relies on its group of committed volunteers. Many programs happen because of their generous work.

With opportunities for people ages 14 and up, the BioPark offers a wide range of experiences for volunteers from welcoming visitor to providing education, staffing the aquarium touchpools and working with plants in the garden. 

No specialized knowledge is necessary - you'll learn what you need to know from BioPark staff and seasoned volunteers

Benefits vary with positions, but generally include free admission to all BioPark facilities (the Zoo, Aquarium and Botanic Garden) during regular daytime hours and discounts at the food and gift concessions.

Jobs at the BioPark

The Albuquerque BioPark is a City of Albuquerque facility. Jobs are posted on the city's main website, and updated every Monday. Jobs for the BioPark will be listed under 'Cultural Services'. Search and Apply for Jobs.

The Albuquerque BioPark also hires temporary positions through Select Staffing and Adecco.
