FAQ

What is TOBANK time?

TOBANK time is the same bank your annual birthday leave goes into. You will have 1 year from the time of receiving it to utilize it. It is a separate bank from your comp so it will not count towards your overall comp hours and all employees and ranks are eligible to receive it. TOBANK time will be allocated 2 times/ year, in February and in August, for the previous 2 quarters.

How is my exercise tracked?

Exercise is tracked through the Virgin Pulse site, via Wellness at Work. You can link your smartwatch to automatically upload your workouts. You must be signed up for Wellness at Work through CABQ. What if my workouts don’t allow jewelry? Log your workout manually through Wellness at Work. Click on the stats tab or the healthy habits tab, choose from the dropdown lists, and enter your minutes of exercise.

What other incentives are there?

Once you complete this process you will be enrolled and can start using the platform and all the well-being benefits available, including completing the Health Check for a $25 gift card, tracking your activity, completing health journeys, and more.

Who is eligible to participate?

All Albuquerque Police Department employees are eligible to participate. Department personnel who have a mandated workout time as part of their normal duty hours will not be eligible to receive additional incentives for the Regular Exercise Program.
