Description
Are you curious about riding a bike, but never had the chance to learn? Ready to try something new that’s both great for your health and also fun? But nervous at the thought of where to begin? Join us along with the City of Albuquerque Esperanza bike crew for a fun and supportive class that will guide you through each step toward riding a bike. Class takes place on open, flat, hard-pack-dirt farm roads at Los Poblanos Fields Open Space. We’ll start at the very beginning with how to balance with a balance bike and then progress to a pedal bike once ready. Bike and helmet provided. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Class is limited to six adults. Registration closes day before program at 11:59pm. More class information provided after registration.
Program is free, but registration is required at play.cabq.gov (Open Space → Public Programs → Adult Programs → Intro to the Outdoors)
