An irrigation system originally installed in 1972 at Montgomery Park is set to undergo major renovations.

  • The project includes:
    • Irrigation renovation which is focused on the area north of the Hahn Arroyo (North Channel) & includes replacement of the key components of the irrigation system for proper function
    • Installation of soft-surface perimeter path & ADA ramps
    • Replacement of trash receptacles
    • Addition of 59 new trees

The renovation is estimated to take about 3 months. Large portions of the park may be closed during this time. The summer lunch program will still take place with meal pickup available near Montgomery Pool on the west side of the park.
