Description
The Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) is proposing an expansion to the existing Hubbell Dam to improve flood control capacity for the greater Albuquerque area. Given the project site is a shared facility with the City of Albuquerque (COA) Hubbell Oxbow Open Space, the project team is working with the COA Open Space Division to develop an enhanced open space plan to include future trails, parking, picnic benches, and other open space elements in the northeast section of the site. We want your feedback and ideas to help us develop the site plan!
