City to Host Constructive Conversations about the Built Environment

Meetings Engage Residents to Shape Ideas for Albuquerque’s Growth
April 18, 2024

Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller and City Councilors announce “Constructive Conversations,” a series of community meetings to foster dialogue between residents and city leaders to shape the future of the built environment in Albuquerque. The meetings seek to bridge the gap between community aspirations and funding realities, focusing on investments that enhance the city's infrastructure, placemaking, and quality of life.

The series will feature nine sessions exploring planned development in each Council district across Albuquerque. Projects discussed will vary by district and may include infrastructure enhancements, transportation improvements, green space initiatives, cultural landmarks, and more, tailored to meet the needs of each neighborhood.

Residents are invited to join Constructive Conversations to share ideas and input to impact public development in Albuquerque. The events are free and open to the public. RSVPs are required to attend. Residents can reserve their seat at cabq.gov/connectabq.
