This is a draft map as required by the Health Environment and Equity impacts rule, January 1st, 2025. (NMAC 20.11.72)
Due to technical limitations and data requirements, an interactive map will be added at a later date.
An updated map will take into consideration information received from community meetings.
Public Consultation Session Series
The Environmental Health Department (EHD) facilitated ten public consultation sessions (six in-person and four on Zoom) to gather stakeholder input on the development of an Overburdened Areas (OBA) Map of Bernalillo County. Versions 0.1 and Version 1.0 of the OBA map were shared as well as updates on methodology, outreach and engagement.

Language Interpretation
To request interpretation services send an email to [email protected]. Please send the request at least 72 hours prior to a public meeting and include the following:
- In the Subject of the email include the request for interpretation, public meeting title and date
- Name and last name
- Number of people requesting interpretation services
- Language requested (Ex. Spanish, Swahili, etc)
- Phone (send a text to confirm attendance)
