The Environmental Health Department facilitated a series of public consultation sessions on the development of an overburdened areas map of Bernalillo County. Methods for data gathering, map generation, index calculations, stakeholder outreach and engagement were discussed.

Public Consultation Session Series

The Environmental Health Department (EHD) facilitated ten public consultation sessions (six in-person and four on Zoom) to gather stakeholder input on the development of an Overburdened Areas (OBA) Map of Bernalillo County. Versions 0.1 and Version 1.0 of the OBA map were shared as well as updates on methodology, outreach and engagement.
