NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING

The Planning Department hereby gives notice that it will conduct a public hearing on the described rules below:

Proposed Rule: Regulation Governing Building Valuation Pursuant to the Uniform Administrative Code

A public hearing will be held in-person and via Zoom:

The purpose of this meeting is to obtain public input on the City’s Proposed Regulation Governing Building Valuation pursuant to the Uniform Administrative Code (“Regulation”).  The Regulation establishes a schedule of implementing the International Code Council Building Valuation Tables for input into the plan review and permit fee calculations in the Uniform Administrative Code, ROA 1994, Section 14-1-2.

The public hearing allows members of the public an opportunity to submit testimony and arguments in person on the proposed rule above.
