NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Albuquerque (COA), Department of Health, Housing and Homelessness (DHHH) has prepared proposed updates to the Social Services Contracts Procurement Rules that govern the procurement of social services.

Written comments will also be accepted by email to [email protected] before 11:00 a.m. on January 21, 2026.
Copies of the draft updates of the Procurement Rules will be available January 7, 2026 through January 21, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the City of Albuquerque, Department of Health, Housing, and Homelessness, 5th floor, Room 504, Old City Hall, One Civic Plaza, Albuquerque, NM 87102. The documents can also be accessed on DHHH’s website.
