NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Albuquerque Zoning Hearing Examiner (ZHE) will hold a Public Hearing. 

Proposed Rules: ZHE Rules of Practice and Procedure

WHEN:           Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.

WHERE:        Zoom information will be available on the ZHE Agendas, Action Sheets & Decisions website

The Zoning Hearing Examiner (ZHE) will consider, discuss, and take action on updates to the ZHE Rules of Practice and Procedure. The proposed changes will be available on the City of Albuquerque, Planning Department, ZHE web page and at the Planning Department, two weeks before the January 20, 2026, hearing date.
