Notice is hereby given that the City of Albuquerque Zoning Hearing Examiner (ZHE) will take final action on revised rules.

Proposed Rules: ZHE Rules of Practice and Procedure

WHEN:           Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.

WHERE:        Zoom information will be available on the ZHE Agendas, Action Sheets & Decisions website

The Zoning Hearing Examiner (ZHE) will consider, discuss, and take action on updates to the ZHE Rules of Practice and Procedure.
