Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the Department of Health, Housing, and Homelessness Rules
Notice is hereby given that the City of Albuquerque (the “City”), Department of Health, Housing and Homelessness (the “DHHH”) has prepared proposed updates to the Administrative Requirements for Social Services Contracts Awarded Under the City of Albuquerque, which govern the delivery of social services by City-contracted agencies.
The Department of Health, Housing & Homelessness hereby gives notice that The Department of Health, Housing & Homelessness will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 26, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the rule described below.
The purpose of this meeting is to obtain public input on the proposed revised Social Services Contracts Procurement Rules, which govern the procurement of social services by City-contracted agencies.
The public hearing allows members of the public an opportunity to submit testimony and arguments on the Regulation.
The public hearing will be held via zoom only on Monday, October 26, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
