Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to amend the Rules Governing the Time, Place, and Manner of Cannabis Retail Businesses in the City of Albuquerque
The purpose of this meeting is to obtain public input on the proposed amendments to the Regulation, which governs how cannabis retails must operate within the City of Albuquerque. The Regulation and its proposed amendments are promulgated pursuant to the Cannabis Rules Act, NMSA 1978, Section 26-2C-12 and ROA 1994, Section 2-15-1.
The Planning Department hereby gives notice that the Planning Department will conduct a public hearing on the Rules Governing the Time, Place, and Manner of Cannabis Retail Businesses in the City of Albuquerque.

The proposed amendments to the Regulation:
Restrict hours of operation for cannabis retail establishments that are within 500 feet of a Residential zone district or lot containing a residential use in any Mixed-zone district so that customer visits and deliveries are prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The public hearing allows members of the public an opportunity to submit testimony and arguments on the Regulation.
