Notice of Proposed Rulemaking - Labor-Management Relations Board

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE LABOR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS BOARD (BOARD) is considering repealing the Labor-Management Relations Board Rules and Regulations, issued October 9, 2018, and replacing them with the New Mexico Public Employee Labor Relations Board’s procedural rules in Parts 1-3 of Title 11 Chapter 21 NMAC (Proposed Rules) pursuant to § 10-7E-10 NMSA 1978 of the New Mexico Public Employee Bargaining Act, §§10-7E-1 et. seq. NMSA 1978.  The Board will conduct a virtual public meeting to receive public comment on its proposal on April 13, 2021, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, via Zoom.  Except for any portion of the meeting that may be closed by the Board pursuant to the provision of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, the meeting will be open to the public. 

***In light of the public health emergency, the proposed rulemaking meeting will be held via Zoom. Participants will be given options to join remotely from a computer or phone.***

Concerned parties may provide oral comments at the public meeting or submit written comments prior to the meeting.  Written comments may be submitted to the Board via US Mail c/o Jessica Enriquez, City Hearing Monitor, P.O. Box 1293, Albuquerque, NM, 87103 or by electronic mail to [email protected].  The submission of written comments as soon as possible is encouraged.  Written comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 13, 2021.
