The Department of Municipal Development (“DMD”) hereby gives notice that DMD will conduct a public hearing on the described rules below.

The purpose of this meeting is to obtain public input on DMD’s proposed amendments to the City of Albuquerque Selection Advisory Committee Rules and Regulations to include an option for the selection of firms or persons to provide design-build services, in accordance with recent City Council revisions to the Selection Advisory Committee Ordinance.  The public hearing allows members of the public an opportunity to submit testimony and arguments on the proposed rule changes posted above.
