Camp BioPark: Fall Fun at the Farm

ABQ BioPark Heritage Farm Fall Fun Camp, grades 2-3 and 4-5

Celebrate the magic of autumn with Camp BioPark at the Heritage Farm! Designed specifically for curious kids in second through fifth grade, this full-day camp offers an unforgettable adventure through our Heritage Farm and vibrant gardens. Your child can explore the changing of the seasons in the Cottonwood Gallery, make a nature craft, and learn about the time of harvest at the Heritage Farm.

2026 Fall Session

2026 fall camp is a one-day session.

Wednesday, November 11

8:45 am to 3:45 pm; second and third grade, fourth and fifth grade

  • The camp session will take place at the ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden Heritage Farm
  • Drop off takes place from 8:45 am to 9 am. Pickup is from 3:45 pm to 4 pm
  • Drop off and pick up will take place in the Heritage Farm parking lot

Prices and Registration

$60 per Camper: Grades two through five, one-day camp session, full day

10 percent discount with active New Mexico BioPark Society membership 

Thank you, Veterans! Veterans and active-duty military will receive a 25% discount with a valid military ID. Please book the camp at full price and then call BioPark Education at 505-764-6214 to receive the 25% refund. Please bring your military ID to drop off.

Refund Policy

Refunds are given if requested at least four weeks prior to the start of the first day of class, minus a $25 processing fee per class, per child. No refunds will be given if requested within the four weeks prior to the first day of class or once classes begin. For 2026, refunds can be requested until midnight on October 13, 2026. You may still drop the camp after October 13, but will not receive a refund.

Registration will be through an ASAP account. You can log in to your existing account, or create a new one, and make sure all of your details are current ahead of time to help ensure a smooth registration once open.

What you need to know

  • An informational e-mail will be sent one week prior to your camp
  • Drop off takes place from 8:45 am to 9 am at the Heritage Farm. Pickup for full-day camps from 3:45 pm to 4 pm
  • We are not able to offer child care before or after the designated times. Please make arrangements for an on-time drop off and pick up. There will be a $10 fee for late pickup (after 4 pm), plus an additional $5 for every 5 minutes you are late. 
  • Camps take place rain or shine, and some activities are outdoors. Wear layers of clothing. Closed-toe shoes are required.
  • Bring a backpack, snack(s), lunch, and water bottle.
  • Please remind your children that cell phone usage will be limited to emergency calls, unless instructed by the teacher for an activity. We also allow phone usage during lunch, but they should be stored in a safe place while doing other activities for camp or during class.
 Additional information

In the event the camp does not reach 75% capacity, this camp may be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
